CUSTARD CREAM MIX
Powdered preparation for custard cream, cold process.
Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, dextrose, maltodextrin, skimmed milk powder. Thickener: carrageenan. Aromas. Food colors: curcumin, beta carotene.
Dosage: 400-450 g. Custard cream mix, 1 liter of water or 350-400 g. Custard cream mix 1 lt of milk.
Processing method: add Custard cream mix to the water (or milk) and shake well with a whisk, let stand for 3 minutes and stir briefly to obtain perfect creaminess. The cream made with Custard cream mix is resistant to cooking and freezing. The cream should be used within 24 hours if stored at ambient temperature. For longer storage it is recommended to put the cream in the refrigerator immediately after its preparation.
