Almond cream for filling croissants, tarts, cakes, semifreddo and other pastry products.
Cremosette is the ideal product for pastry making. A high quality cream that enhances the goodness and genuineness of the raw material.
The perfect creamy spread for pastry applications. Surprising taste and texture for desserts and baked pastries filled and decorated to perfection.
You can fill baked pastries such as tarts and croissants, glaze cakes and desserts or flavour them, as in the case of mousses, semifreddos and Bavarian creams.
RECIPES
TARTS: Pre-cook the tart for 12 minutes, stuff with CREMOSETTE then continue baking for another 8 minutes at 180°.
ICE CREAM: to taste on ice cream or as decoration of cakes and single portions.
CROISSANTS: can be used to fill croissants before and after leavening. It can be used to stuff it before and after cooking.
GLAZE FOR SEMIFREDDO: heat CREAMS up to 35° (even in microwaves) before glazing.
FLAVORING FOR SEMFREDDO, WHIPPED CREAM AND CUSTARD: the indicative dosage is about 250 g of product per kg.
