DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
How to give a unique flavor to your ice cream: add Leagel cream pastes to the white base before freezing. Use them with your personal dosage, according to the consistency and intensity of taste you want to donate to your artisan gelato. Leagel pastes are produced with high quality raw materials.
Gianduia bitter is a paste containing 60% hazelnut and 30% cocoa, for the preparation of the classic GIANDUIA flavour in bitter version.
Recommended dosage: 80 gr. X Lt. of mixture.
