DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Add this paste to pasteurized white base, shake well with whisk until completely homogenized and leave to stand about 30 min. Then stir in the batch freezer. Obtained gelato may be served as well or marbled with ripple creams.
Dosage: 80/100 g of paste + 1 Kg of white base
