DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
It confers the aroma of the traditional Spanish wine, enriched with raisin soaked in Marsala wine. Traditional Pastes are used in a white base mix to give flavor to gelato. They can all be used in Pastry to give flavor to mousse, custard, patisserie creme, chantilly and heavy cream.
Dosage: gelato base mixture gr. 1000, Malaga Gr. 100, whole milk gr. 100.
