Fluid chocolate coating for covering Gelato Sticks. Salted caramel taste. Formulated to harden in touch with Gelato for creating a crunchy effect. Perfect to be used as a Stracciatella to ripple and fill Gelato tubs and Semifreddo mousses.
Dosage: Use to taste for ice cream sticks, pralines and as Stracciatella on the Ice cream
