CATALAN CREAM PUDDING MIX
Powder preparation for the realization of Catalan Cream ideal for processing in restaurants. Gluten Free Product.
Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, vegetable fats (coconut), maltodextrin, milk proteins; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of food fatty acids, acetic esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: disodium phosphate, tetrasodium diphosphate, sodium alginate, calcium sulphate; aromas; food colors: beta-carotene, curcumin.
Dosage: 180 g Catalan cream powder, 500 ml of milk, 500 ml of fresh cream.
Processing method: pour the milk and cream into a bowl, add the cream Catalana and mix with the whisk until completely dissolved. Pour in single portions and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
