DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Paste made of hazelnuts certified by the Consorzio Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P certified hazelnuts are universally known as the best in the world for its structural and aromatic characteristics. They are toasted gently to enhance all the perfume, elegant and persistent. they do not contain aromas.
Dosage in ice-cream: gelato base Mix gr. 1000, hazelnut Piedmont Gr. 120
In pastry: Cream yellow or cream gr. 1000, hazelnut Piedmont Gr. 100/120. The use in the production of chocolate pralines is recommended.
