The Nestlé Galak Gelato Base, enriched with the iconic Galak white chocolate. Excellent creaminess, spreadability, and display stability. One pouch is equivalent to one tub.
DOSAGE: Pour the contents of one pouch (1.136 kg) into 2.5 liters of whole milk heated to 80°C; mix thoroughly and let it rest for 15-20 min. Pour into the batch freezer. Complete with approximately 400g of Galak Variegate.
