DOSAGE: thoroughly mix the contents of one packet (1.2 kg) in 2 liters of hot water (about 80°C); let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes, then churn. Optionally, enrich with chili, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and spices to taste.
