Pure Fruit BASE 70 contains only natural ingredients and keep the scents of fresh fruit, to create excellent sorbets.
It does not contain any additives and has a neutral flavour.
The texture of ice cream is guaranteed: the vegetable fibres extracted from citrus fruit cooperate with the sugar to build a perfect ice cream.
Recipe: 70 g powder + 330/350 g sugar + 300 g fresh fruit + 0.7 lt Water
