A pure hazelnut "Tond gentile trilobata" paste (100% TGT). Delicate roasting.

DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
High quality Paste, made with 100% roasted hazelnuts TGT.
Dissolve in the mixture of water or milk to aromatize the ice cream, always under whisk agitation, until completely homogenized and let stand for about 30 minutes. Then stir in the batch freezer.
Dosage: 80/100 g of paste + 1 litre of white base.
Process: cold
