Compared to Laurus it has a mild grade toasting. The most delicate taste allows to perceive more aromatic notes and for a longer duration. The color shows a more clear hue. It does not contain aromas.
Dosage in ice-cream: White gelato base gr. 1000, Gold hazelnut gr. 80/100.
In pastry: Cream yellow or cream gr. 1000, Gold hazelnut gr. 90.
