Dosage in ice-cream: gelato base Mix gr. 1000, pistachio green gold gr. 80/100. In Pastry: Cream yellow or cream gr. 1000, pistachio green gold gr. 90. The product is to be used in dessert mixtures to create pistachio specialties.
