To give flavor and color to Creams, Mousses, Chantilly etc. only a few grams are needed per kg, all the freshness and sweetness of fruits. Contain no acid enhancing substances (De-acidified) and are Water- Soluble.
Dosage: 20 gr, Natural Flavorings, 1000 gr Pastry or Heavy Cream
