DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Dosage: 200 g Stabilizer for Semifreddo, 150-200 g sugar, 1 kg cream.
Ingredients: sugar, maltodextrin, dextrose, edible gelatin, modified starch, skimmed milk powder. Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of food fatty acids. Thickeners: xanthan gum, carrageenan.
Processing method: place the Semifreddo Stabilizer, cream and sugar in a stand mixer, mix slowly for one minute and whisk until a soft and creamy mixture is obtained. Combine the desired cream or fruit taste according to the weight indicated in the package.
