Powder product for the basic preparation of mousses, semifreddo and frozen cream specialties.

DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Dosage: 200 g Stabilizer Bavarians Cakes, 1 kg fresh cream, 200 g water or milk.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, dextrose, edible gelatin, modified starch, skimmed milk powder. Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of food fatty acids. Thickeners: xanthan gum, carrageenan.
Processing method: mix the Bavarian stabilizer with water or milk, put in the mixer and add the fresh cream. Mix the ingredients. Wait a few minutes. Whisk until a soft and creamy mixture is obtained. Combine the desired cream or fruit taste according to the weight indicated in the package. Pour the product into the molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
