Sweet, clear, delicate, with a unique flavour, the Avola Almond paste encloses all the qualities of the most refined almonds. Produced using an ancient recipe, after the scrupulous selection of almonds that grow in the Val di Noto between the provinces of Syracuse and Ragusa in Sicily. Produced under the protection of "Consortium of Protection of the Avola Almonds".
