Complete product for the preparation of an excellent Yogurt cream, product for slush, to be worked with milk.br /> Dissolve the product a little at a time, under vigorous agitation, in the milk by means of a whip until a full-bodied solution is obtained. At this point it is advisable to let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes. Pour the mixture so obtained into the graner and leave under agitation until the desired consistency is reached.
Dosage: 650 g of yogurtfast + 2.5 liters of whole milk
