DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Bianco liquid base is a base for preparing a white “Fior di latte” characterized by a delicate note of vanilla. It can be used to prepare, with the addition of flavoring pastes, all types of cream based flavors.
It takes only 12 minutes to make a good, creamy and perfectly spreadable gelato.
DOSAGE FOR ICE CREAM: Fior di latte: 3 l for one tray/ Ice creams prepared with pastes derived from oilseeds: 3 l + 300 g of paste + 60 g of dextrose/ Ice creams prepared with sugary pastes: 3 l + 300 g of paste + 150 g of cream
DOSAGE FOR SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM: 1 brick + 200 g of milk.
