DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
A new chocolate flavor for ice cream lovers, traditional and innovative at the same time. Easy to make, just add water.
Chocolate Super Black
dosage: 665 gr. of product + 1 Lt. of water. To give an exceptional texture to the Vegan ice cream Add 30 gr. Olive oil-based improver Legael each kg. of base mixture.
Process: Mix the base with water at 50°, stand for a few minutes and stir.
