Balanced base for the production of alcohol-based sorbets such as beer, wine and the most fashionable cocktails. The result is an ice cream that is kept perfect in the showcase even with the presence of alcohol among its ingredients.

Beer sorbet Recipe: base Happy Hour 150 g + sugar 150 g + beer 1 litre;
sorbet a recipe Base wine: Base Happy Hour 150 g + sugar 150 g + wine (Vol 12%) 500 ml + water 500 ml;
Cocktail sorbet Recipe: Base Happy Hour 150 g + sugar 150 g + liqueur (Vol 40%) 125 ml + water 875 ml.
